Bertrand Lacombe
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Bertrand has over twenty years of experience structuring and managing alternative investment funds focused on French natural assets. He founded FRANCE VALLEY with the conviction that productive land deserved a place in every serious long-term portfolio, and he remains the principal architect of the firm's investment philosophy and fund design.
Séverine Morel
Chief Investment Officer
Séverine oversees asset selection, portfolio construction and the ongoing management of all fund strategies across forest, vineyard, agricultural and real estate asset classes. Her background spans private equity, agribusiness finance and forest economics, giving her a genuinely rare cross-asset perspective that informs every allocation decision.
Damien Charpentier
Head of Forestry and Natural Resources
Damien is a qualified forestry engineer with extensive field experience managing productive woodland across France and central Europe. He leads FRANCE VALLEY's silviculture team, oversees all forest management plans and is responsible for the environmental performance metrics reported to investors each year.
Isabelle Favier
Head of Real Estate and Structured Solutions
Isabelle brings fifteen years of experience in French real estate finance, SCPI structuring and usufruct right strategies. She designs and monitors FRANCE VALLEY's real estate fund allocations and works directly with institutional clients and family offices to build bespoke mandates aligned with their specific objectives and tax positions.
Thomas Aubert
Head of Investor Relations
Thomas manages all relationships with FRANCE VALLEY's investor base and oversees the preparation of fund reports, investor communications and the onboarding experience for new clients. He has a background in private banking and brings an understanding of investor expectations that shapes how we communicate performance, risk and strategy at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
